ORDERING NOTES

Generally speaking, all instruments are in stock at all times (kettledrums excluded). To check on whether an instrument is available, feel free to either email (preferred) or call. If it is not available, the wait can be as much as four weeks; usually it’s less.

Notes for Ordering
For Tabors
, Hand Drums, Tambourines, Omni Drum, Elements Drum

Please send a check for the amount of the instrument(s) plus shipping. Include a separate, complete description of instrument including finish desired (you may use the order form). Include email address, telephone, and shipping address. Smaller items - (tambourines, hand drums) usually go US Postal Service, larger items UPS. Upon receipt of check the instrument is shipped.

Our 5 Day “Approval Policy”: There are two options, both of which require the customer to pay for the shipping both ways :

Option A: If you wish to try a different instrument: send the first one back within five days of receipt and include a check for the shipping of the replacement instrument you wish to try, plus any difference in price.

Option B: If you decide you don’t want the instrument and want a refund, send it back within five days of your receipt. Once it arrives your money will be refunded, minus the cost of initially shipping to you.

Eighteenth/Early Nineteenth Century Timpani

These are "ordinary" (hand-screw) Timpani, based on German models; copper bowls, calfskin heads, individual tuning bolts, and Schalltrichter.

Please send deposit of 50% of price to confirm order. Waiting time up to six months. When the drums are completed you will be billed for the remainder plus the estimated cost of shipping (any overage will be refunded). No returns on kettledrums.
